Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. (IMC), a Systems Engineering and Information Technology company, was founded in 1989. A major expansion of the company began in 1995 with the addition of contracts from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Since then, IMC has continued to grow, providing solutions to departments and agencies in government and the civilian sector. Key to IMC's growth has been the company's emphasis on innovation and performance.

Today, IMC has almost 50 employees and is a vibrant service-disabled, veteran-owned small business. The company is headquartered in Dulles, and has a large satellite office in Charlottesville Virginia. To better serve our customers, IMC employs geographically separated experts in Newport News and Rosslyn Virginia, and in Orlando, Florida.

From its small beginnings, IMC has grown to provide expertise in systems engineering and information technology, VV&A, organizational communications, training systems, defense architectures, help desks, and administrative support. The company embraces a culture that fosters creativity, teamwork, collaboration, and the application of reasonable risk coupled with common sense. RGS Associates

RGS was founded in 1984 to help Government executives apply teamwork, innovative techniques and technologies to meet their performance goals. Unmanned Systems Engineering

Unmanned Systems Engineering Corporation management has over 30 years of experience in support of all aspects of DoD acquisition, fleet operations and requirements generation.  We are an OSD/Navy-centric, veteran owned small business with subprime experience with NAVAIR SETA contractors, direct support of OSD led initiatives as well as support of NAVAIR Program Management Activities. We are currently providing support for PMA-263, Naval War College, OSD Unmanned System Task Force and three commercial Aerospace Companies

Our Corporate HQ is located in Portsmouth, Rhode Island and we have a local office in California, Maryland.
