Innovative Management Concepts, Inc. (IMC), a Systems Engineering and Information Technology company, was founded in 1989. A major expansion of the company began in 1995 with the addition of contracts from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Since then, IMC has continued to grow, providing solutions to departments and agencies in government and the civilian sector. Key to IMC's growth has been the company's emphasis on innovation and performance.

Today, IMC has almost 50 employees and is a vibrant service-disabled, veteran-owned small business. The company is headquartered in Dulles, and has a large satellite office in Charlottesville Virginia. To better serve our customers, IMC employs geographically separated experts in Newport News and Rosslyn Virginia, and in Orlando, Florida.

From its small beginnings, IMC has grown to provide expertise in systems engineering and information technology, VV&A, organizational communications, training systems, defense architectures, help desks, and administrative support. The company embraces a culture that fosters creativity, teamwork, collaboration, and the application of reasonable risk coupled with common sense. RGS Associates

RGS was founded in 1984 to help Government executives apply teamwork, innovative techniques and technologies to meet their performance goals. We are a management consulting firm focused on the business of Government.  We operate as trusted advisors to leaders of Federal Agencies to help them transform their operations by applying strategies that measurably improve the way Government does business. Where our clients once experienced gradual change over years, today the life cycle of technical and political change is much shorter. Superimposed on relentless changes in technology and political priorities are changes in our national priorities like the war on terrorism which has forever changed the Federal Government's role and importance.

The methodology RGS used to help our customers take advantage of change is known as Integrated Change Management (ICM). ICM has evolved based on lessons learned in the past dozen years to become a mature, holistic approach for effectively managing the multiple, concurrent changes affecting our National Security clients. For example, the President's Management Agenda (PMA) mandates improvements in the government's application of:

   Human Capital

   Strategic Sourcing

   Financial Management

   e-Government

   Budget-performance Integration

Navmar is committed solely to one mission - 100% customer satisfaction.
