IMMEDIATE OPENING: CMMI Analyst - Location: Washington, DC - Position # N2120

Savvee Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for a CMMI Analyst to assist our DoD client in improving and maturing its business processes to achieve CMMI certifications. Some of the objectives of this position include, but are not limited to:

·    Document processes and procedures that comply with CMMI Guidelines.

·    Audit existing documentation to ensure CMMI guidelines are being followed.

·    Make recommendations for any actions required to ensure CMMI compliance.

·    Provide training and support in CMMI-related activities.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

·    Self Starter.

·    SECRET Clearance.

·    A thorough knowledge of project management best practices.

·    A strong business process reengineering background.

·    Solid SDLC background.

·    Experience in auditing and interviewing.

·    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

·    Strong interpersonal skills.

·    Ability to work independently without requiring extensive managerial guidance.

·    Enjoy working as part of a team.

 

IMMEDIATE OPENING: EA Architect - Location: Washington, DC - Position # N2121

Savvee Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for an EA Architect to assist and support our DoD client in orchestrating, improving and maturing its Enterprise Architecture (EA) process. Some of the objectives of this position include, but are not limited to:

·    Perform analysis to identify the enterprise services within the EA capabilities, to achieve a SOA compliant architecture.

·    Perform gap analysis and create migration plans, to include identifying the differences between the AS-IS and TO-BE EA.

·    Support the creation of baseline AS-IS and TO-BE EAs for specific systems, including classification and documentation of the components in current major IT systems as reported in the DITPR-DoN.

·    Assist with EA working groups, meetings and panels, including facilitation support and meeting minutes.

·    Assist in the integration of EA with other areas such as Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Project Management and System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) as required.

·    Model DoDAF, BPMN, and IDEF0 compliant models in System Architect.

·    Run reports out of System Architect to support validation of the EA with stakeholders.

·    Assist with publishing System Architect files to the web.

A viable candidate should posses these qualifications:

·    Able to obtain or currently hold a Secret-level security clearance

·    3+ years of increasing Enterprise Architecture experience and responsibility; in-depth knowledge of Enterprise Architecture

·    3+ years experience building DODAF compliant artifacts

·    1+ years experience utilizing System Architect

·    Knowledge of federal government IT security standards and requirements

·    Excellent verbal and written communication skills and team skills

 

IMMEDIATE OPENING: EA Architect - Location: Washington, DC - Position # M2130

Savvee Consulting, Inc. has an immediate need for an EA Architect to assist and support our DoD client in orchestrating, improving and maturing its Enterprise Architecture (EA) process. Some of the objectives of this position include, but are not limited to:

·    Create EA project plans to include maintaining a delivery schedule for individual systems efforts, tracking mandated due dates, maintaining a resource plan and supporting project briefings

·    Create a baseline AS-IS and TO-BE Enterprise Architecture to include classifying and documenting the components within the current business, data, application and technical layers of the baseline architecture within DoD’s and DoN’s EA

·    Perform Gap Analysis and create migration plan, to include identifying the differences between the AS-IS and TO-BE Enterprise Architecture

·    Create baseline AS-IS and TO-BE Enterprise Architectures for specific systems, including classification and documentation of the components in current major IT systems as reported in the DITPR-DoN

·    Assist with EA working groups, meetings and panels, including facilitation support and meeting minutes

·    Assist in the integration of EA with other areas such as CPIC, OSSP and CMMI as required

·    Support edits and updates to the IT Strategic Plan

A viable candidate should posses these qualifications:

·    Able to obtain or currently hold a Secret-level security clearance

·    Have strong, proven analytical skills

·    Possess at least 1-2 years of IT experience

·    Have knowledge of federal government IT security standards and requirements
