In support of one of our current clients, our
consultants developed, executed, and currently monitor
and maintain an effective IT Portfolio Management
solution that aligns with their external reporting
agencies.
This solution features a portfolio identification and
tracking method which integrates seamlessly into our
customer's existing processes.
This business transformation has enabled a simple
changeover into using our solution and approach
effectively and with a minimal amount of training as a
result.
 Our consultants ensure that our
Government client's IT solutions are increasingly
cost-effective, reusable, and aligned with their
technical and business needs.
Using proprietary processes, our solutions
monitor and assess projects, processes, operations, and
other activities to identify deficiencies, issues,
trends, risks, shortfalls, and opportunities.
We compile this information and generate reports
that provide recommendations to our client's.
These recommendations are used as the primary
drivers for ensuring our client is optimizing their IT
investment process and that the agency's business and
mission goals are being met.
Additionally, Savvee coordinates, facilitates,
and conducts quarterly IT Portfolio Reviews for review
of cost, schedule, performance metrics, and IT
investment alignment.
As part of our IT Portfolio
Management activities, our consultants continually
update, maintain, and provide reports utilizing
pertinent corporate and Government automated information
systems and databases.
One of our current clients is a non-appropriated
organization under a larger Federal agency.
Using various IT Portfolio Management solutions
and tools, our organization ensures that the proper
information is passed through a number of reporting
systems to get to OMB.
Savvee is well acclimated with a variety of IT
Portfolio Management tools from customized Government
off-the-shelf (GOTS) products to more widely used
commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tools.
Our consultants have customized our tools to map
to agency-level IT Portfolio Management reporting.
Additionally, Savvee schedules and facilitates
internal budget meetings and recommends input into the
Program Objectives Memorandum (POM), spend plans, and
other budget related activities for budget drills and
reviews.
Due to the exposure to proprietary information, Savvee
has signed Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) as well as
Consulting and Advisory (CAS) contracts with its
customers that include a non-compete clause to prohibit
Savvee from bidding on work that could compromise its
objectivity and integrity.
