Savvee's implementation of asset management is more than inventorying assets and tracking them in a database. Our consultants ensure that asset management consists of the policies, processes, people, and the technology needed to successfully track and trace our client's assets throughout each asset's complete lifecycle. IT asset management enables effective IT Governance by creating enterprise-wide visibility of assets in real-time. Savvee's solution allows our clients to collect timely, accurate, and comprehensive information of all organization owned assets. The solution can be used to forecast hardware replacement, software version expirations, subscription renewals, hardware/software maintenance, and service contracts.

Savvee has supported clients whose program offices maintained separate asset tracking databases that were not centrally connected. These clients' decision-makers did not have enterprise-wide access to real-time information on costs and inventory, which may have led to erroneous charges, unsatisfied requirements, and unnecessary costs. Savvee's implemented solution prevented stove-piped data storage and led to one central, secure repository.
